Return policy
The buyer can return the goods by returning the goods within two weeks without giving reasons. The time limit begins after receipt of this instruction in text form (eg letter, fax, e-mail), but not before receipt of the goods and not before fulfilling our information obligations according to § 312c paragraph 2 BGB in connection with § 1 Abs . 1, 2 and 4 BGB-as well as our obligations according to § 312e Section 1 Clause 1 BGB in connection with § 3 BGB Information Regulations. The revocation period is sufficient to send the goods. For all shipments within Germany: at a value of less than € 40.00 return of the goods is at the expense and risk of the shipper, if the value is of € 40.00 or more, the return is at the expense and risk of Auctions und Handelsgesellschaft mbH
For all shipments outside of Germany, the risks and costs of returning products are to be borne by the shipper, independent of the value of goods. Instructions for return are enclosed with the product.

Consequences of return
In the case of an effective return the mutually received benefits are to be returned and any benefits (eg usage advantages). In case of deterioration of the thing and use, some of which can not be edited or only in deteriorated condition or not, Bloodfireclothing may require the buyer to compensate for the devaluation. For the deterioration and derived benefits, the buyer must pay compensation only if the uses or the deterioration is due to a deal with the item, beyond the assessment of the property and functioning. "Inspection of the property and functioning" refers to the testing of us trying out the goods, as it is possible and customary in a retail store. The buyer can avoid invoking the power of compensation by treating the items as if it / they was / were not their property and omitting everything, which reduces their value. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for the buyer with the return of the goods and for Bloodfireclothing with the reception.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
All products sold on www.bloodfireclothing.com are subject to 2 years warranty.
This warranty covers manufacutring faults only, not wear and tear from regular use of the product
