DELIVERY INFORMATION:      

We ship worldwide for all products available through our webshop   

We can also arrange a pick-up from our  office in Germany - Sylt or Gran Canaria - Escaleritas    

Orders will be processed and shipped once the full payment is received      

Included tax such as MWST, VAT, IVA etc. will be deducted for all non-EU shipments      

We currently use Deutsche Post / DHL for all national and international shipments including tracking information      

All national and international shipments are insured up to € 500.00      

Return forms from DHL are included for all national return shipments

EU / UK: € 15.00 / 5 kg max. 

Rest of Europe incl. Russia and Turkey: € 28.00 / 5 kg max.

Worldwide: € 40.00 / 5 kg max.  

We also offer a new international DHL shipping service for all accessories and small items such as t-shirts for € 10.  Plus free worldwide shipping on all orders with an order value of min. € 200
