for Auctions und Handelsgesellschaft mbH (Bloodfireclothing) for goods ordered on the website http://www.bloodfireclothing.com.
§ 1 Scope
1 Our general terms and conditions (the "Terms") apply exclusively to all orders for goods that http://www.bloodfireclothing.com via the website or through Internet sites that are connected directly to the page via a link, be made.
2 These Terms and Conditions supersede all previous used by us and may differ.
§ 2 Offer, Conclusion, Withdrawal

2 Bloodfireclothing accepts the offer subject to availability by the ordered items delivered or sent an order confirmation or the invoice amount from the buyer's bank account will be debited. The automatically sent order confirmation after completing the order does not constitute acceptance. Blood fire clothing is not obliged to accept the offer. Bloodfireclothing basically takes orders only in small amounts, whose content is not intended for commercial resale unless prior special agreement has been made. The buyer must be at least 18 years old when submitting the order.
3 Bloodfireclothing is justified in the case of writing and arithmetic errors on the page and on delivery problems, to rescind the purchase contract.
§ 3 return policy

The buyer can return the goods by returning the goods within two weeks without giving reasons. The revocation period is sufficient to send the goods. For all shipments within and outside of Germany the costs of return of the goods are at the expense and risk of the shipper / buyer / customer.
Again: For all shipments inside & outside of Germany, the risks and costs of returning products are to be borne by the shipper, independent of the value of goods.

2 consequences of return
In the case of an effective return the mutually received benefits are to be returned and any benefits (eg usage advantages). In case of deterioration of the thing and use, some of which can not be edited or only in deteriorated condition or not, Bloodfireclothing may require the buyer to compensate the devaluation. For the deterioration and derived benefits, the buyer must pay compensation only if the uses or the deterioration is due to a deal with the item, beyond the assessment of the property and functioning. "Inspection of the property and functioning" refers to the testing of us trying out the goods, as it is possible and customary in a retail store. The buyer can avoid invoking the power of compensation by treating the items as if it / they was / were not their property and omitting everything, which reduces their value. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for the buyer with the return of the goods and for Bloodfireclothing with the reception.

§ 4 Terms of Delivery & Delivery
1 For new customers Bloodfireclothing reserves the right to credit check. As long as the buyer is making a payment, even from a previous order, in arrears, to Bloodfireclothing reserves the right not to deliver the goods ordered.

§ 5 Prices and shipping costs
1 All prices stated on the page are inclusive of statutory VAT. The shipping costs are not included. Whichever is the price indicated on the relevant page at the time of order.
2 The level of the shipping costs will be forwarded to the purchaser at the respective order process. These are upon delivery of the purchase price.
§ 6 Warranty and Liability
1 The statutory provisions with the proviso that the buyer makes his warranty claims stating the order number, his name and address and details of the grounds of appeal. At the request of Bloodfireclothing for further review, the buyer has to send the defective goods at his cost and risk to the following address:

2 Commercial, small changes in the products or small, technically unavoidable deviations in quality, color, finish, fit or style compared to the product on the page should not be considered a defect and do not entitle the buyer to claim.
3 If a defect in the goods supplied exists, the purchaser may, at his option, demand subsequent performance in the form of repair or delivery of a new defect-free. However, blood fire clothing is entitled to insist on delivery of defect-free goods in the event of disproportionate cost of the remediation works as a replacement. If subsequent performance fails, the purchaser is entitled either to demand withdrawal or a reduction in price.
4 Bloodfireclothing is liable, according to legal regulations, if the buyer makes claims for damages based on intent or gross negligence, including intent or gross negligence of our representatives or vicarious agents. Unless blood fire clothing shows no intentional breach of contract, the liability for damages is limited to foreseeable, typically occurring damage. § 7 Payment Terms
Bloodfireclothing accepts the specified payment options, as shown in the order process on the payment page, corresponding positive credit information may be checked about the Buyer by automatic inquiry to a credit information company (for example SCHUFA).
§ 8 retention of title
The delivered goods remain Bloodfireclothing property until the full payment has been received.
§ 9 Final Commissions
For all contracts between the client and Bloodfireclothing, Only German law is applicable under the exclusion of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
§ 10 Data Protection
Bloodfireclothing is entitled to collect the data received from the customer in accordance with the legal provisions in this respect, to process and use as are necessary for the execution of the contract. Without the express consent of the buyer, no data is passed on to third parties unless Bloodfireclothing is no corresponding legal obligation. In the processing of customer data and the execution of contracts, the applicable statutory data protection regulations will be respected. All information is strictly confidential. Applicable law / place of jurisdiction
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany; United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. UNCITRAL is excluded. Jurisdiction for all claims in connection with the business relationship, where legally permissible, is Sylt / Germany.
